Bloch's Latex resistance band to support a range of exercises come in three weights. Dancers of all ages and flexibility can target specific areas in need of strengthening.
 
Light : Mint Green
Medium : Teal Blue
Heavy : Royal Blue
 
Excellent for injury recovery exercises. Can be used for young dancers in preparation for Pointe work.
